TO RECORD A VIDEO:

bulletPush in the green button and turn power dial to Camera.
bulletPress the button with the red circle near power dial.
bulletIMPORTANT NOTE: If video says CLEANING CASSETTE, it is still RECORDING!

TO PAUSE YOUR VIDEO:

bulletPress the red button again, and the camera will put you on standby.

TO ZOOM IN OR OUT:

Press the lever on top (near your pointer finger) up to zoom out and down to zoom in.

TO VIEW VIDEO:

bulletTurn power dial to VCR.
bulletPress the rewind button on top of camera.
bulletPress play to view video.

TO TAKE DIGITAL PICTURES:

bulletPush the green button on the power dial and turn it to Camera.
bulletFocus the camera on the item that you would like to take a picture of.
bulletPush the silver button next to the zoom lever near the color viewfinder.
bulletDo NOT move the camera when taking photos.

TO VIEW A STILL PICTURE:

bulletTurn the camera dial to VCR.
bulletRewind video clips
bulletPress pause (ll) during playback to view still image.
bulletTo resume, press play or pause (ll)

FOR BEST RESULTS:

bulletPlug in digital video camera whenever possible.

TO CONVERT DIGITAL VIDEO TO VCR TAPES:

bulletPlug 3-Prong connecting cord from the digital video camera to the INPUT on the VCR.
bulletSet digital video camera to VCR and push play.
bulletPush RECORD on the VCR

TO TRANSFER VIDEO TO COMPUTER:

bulletFollow the Dazzle Video Digitizer Instructions
bulletChoose Clips and Insert into Presentation.

FOR MORE INFORMATION:

bulletAsk one of the assistants in the technology grant office.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When the access lamp is lit or flashing never shake or strike the camera. Do not turn the power off, eject a "Memory Stick" or remove the battery pack. Otherwise, the image data breakdown may occur.
